Banjo Bolt and Hose Info
Here's a few pics to show the difference between the banjo bolts and hoses. The longer bolts and thicker hoses go with the '84 calipers, while the shorter bolts and thinner hoses go with the '86-94 calipers. The shorter bolt can also be found in the cars, as well.
The shortest bolt is about 24mm. The middle is about 27mm and the longest is 30mm. The Dorman replacement 13912 show up on Rockauto as 27.5mm long, on Dorman's site, they're listed as 24mm long. ???
When checking the fit of the bolt's length, you'll want to have the caliper piston completely recessed into the caliper. If the piston is out, the longer bolt may fit, but then when you go to put new pads in, the piston may not seat far enough to allow it. If the bolt bottoms out against the back of the piston, you can possibly cut/grind a 1/16"- 1/8" off the threads. BUT, I would highly recommend getting the correct bolt. If you try to use the 30mm bolt on the shorter hose block, I'm pretty sure you'll run out of threads before the copper washers are seated and crushed. If you use the shortest bolt on the taller hose block, you may not have enough thread engagement.

Rockauto lists this number as an OEM replacement: 11569590 It basically comes back to the same dorman part above.
You can also find both bolts on Amazon.
NOTE: I picked this up from Doug S(Morrisun) on a 1200 brake thread. If you happen to need the shortest option, here's some info about it. Thanks Doug!
"The banjo bolt for the Sentra Caliper used in this brake upper grade is a RAYBESTOS H5381 {#463560E00A, 46462SE0000} $3.15 OR NISSAN 463560E00A for about $5.85, both available from rockauto.com"
This is an example of the preferred hose that uses the shorter banjo bolt. Any parts store should be able to cross reference the part number or look it up by the application(make/model) shown in the picture. Note: this is the 2WD option.
