NISSAN Hardbody D21
Hardbody D21 Adjustable Upper Control Arms (click for more info) ***NO LONGER AVAILABLE***

The custom cross shafts are machined from 6061 aluminum. When completed with the required parts, they provide far more caster/camber adjustment than can be obtained by shimming the stock UCA. They are designed to bolt into the factory position with the factory bolts.
The hardware in the pictures is not included and only shown for reference. This hardware is readily available from other sources, such as Speedway. The ball joint used is a Chrysler 772 unit and is available in many different configurations from other suppliers. The price is for a pair of cross shafts only, shipped in the US. I will provide a list of the rest of the parts, either via email or it will be made available on this site.

DATSUN TRUCKS - 320/520/521/620 (1963-1977) with drum brakes and king pins
320/520/521 Aluminum Disc Brake Upgrade Kit (click for more info) AVAILABLE - Limited quantities

Kit allows later model hubs/rotors/calipers to mount onto the stock kingpin suspension with a simple modification to the spindle. This kit uses '87 D21 rotors, not 720 rotors as the previous kit did. Hubs from multiple years of Nissan trucks can be used, but some may require modification to clear the center holes of your rims. This is the aluminum version of the previous steel kit, and does NOT require the wheel spacer to fit stock 14" steel rims.

320/520/521/620(drum) Urethane UCA Bushings (click for more info) AVAILABLE!!

This kit comes with 2 modified(machined ID and OD) Energy Suspension(ES) bushings (88A durometer), custom made UHMW Polyethylene washers and steel sleeves. The kit also includes 2 ES Formula 5 squeeze tube of grease and mounting hardware. The kit will do both sides of the vehicle. Only one tube of grease is req'd for assembly. The second is a spare, for replenishment later.
DATSUN 311 Roadster (already equipped with factory disc brakes)

This kit is used to push the stock hub out far enough(approx. 1/8") so that a modified '96 Altima rotor can be mounted to the stock hub. The rotor needs to have the center hole opened up to fit the backside of the hub(approx. 3"). The rotors and machine work can be obtained elsewhere(locally) for US orders. They MUST be obtained locally for overseas orders. A stainless steel caliper spacer is used to mount/center Volvo calipers. This kit only fits the Roadsters already equipped with stock front disc brakes.
The feedback from customer is that the stock, dual reservoir master cylinder works well with this upgrade.

The center holes are opened up on the rotors to fit the backside of the stock hubs. These rotors will be made to order. The brand may vary due to availability. They will be stock Altima replacement rotors such as Centric or Raybestos.

The stock down pipe flange is thin and warps easily. Any exhaust shop can make you a new down pipe with this flange. Contact us for a discount before ordering multiple sets.

I've dropped the price on these. I had a ton of them cut and only one has ever sold.

Allows the mounting of the rear rotor(non vented) from an '84 Nissan 200sx and the front caliper from a 1984 NISSAN PULSAR NX 1.6L. The non-vented rotor was specifically used to keep the weight down.
