These upper control arms(UCA) provide far more caster/camber adjustment than can be obtained by shimming the stock UCA. They are designed to bolt into the factory position with the existing factory bolts.
The custom cross shafts are machined from 6061 aluminum.
Chrysler 772 ball joints are used in these carriers.

This kit has the bushing holes modified to line up with the grease fitting in the spindle. It will include 4 extra shims, just in case. If you would like to order a second kit for future use or in case something doesn't go well on your rebuild, the price is $75. Must be ordered and shipped at the same time as the first kit.
A simple, but effective bushing removal/installation tool will be included with this order and shipped with the king pin kit).

Adjustable Tension Control Rods for Kinp Pin Pickups (320, 520, 521, 620)

Kit includes two adjustable tension control (TC) rods with bushings. These will allow the position of the lower control arm (LCA) to be "tweaked" to compensate for suspension changes that may have happened over the life of the vehicle. A lot of TC rods get bent for various reasons. When these trucks are lowered from stock ride height, the TC rod pushes the LCA to the rear a small amount. This kit will allow the LCA to be placed back in the correct position. These are not intended to increase the caster by pulling the LCA forward more than the factory setting.
The ends at the bushings can be worn from metal on metal contact due to worn out bushings. The new bushings have a boss on them that will help to keep this from happening in the future. The mounting holes at the core support and LCA will need to be opened to 9/16" which can easily be done with a step drill bit. I round file or metal cutting burr would also work.
The kit will only be partially assembled due to shipping constraints. The turnbuckles are zinc plated, but the rods will be bare steel. The customer will need to apply whatever finish they prefer, ie paint, powder coating, plating, etc.

Not sponsored. Kiel makes a rear disc brake kit that uses the factory parking brake cable.
copied from his IG post: Datsun/Nissan 521, 620, 720, hardbody rear disc brake brackets in stock. Uses 1990 trooper caliper pad rotor and hoses.
Allows for more frame clearance on lowered trucks and very easy attach factory parking brake cables than other kits that have been available.
These are machined and welded in house, here in Orange County, Ca.

Whether running drum or disc brakes, changing the master cylinder to a dual circuit unit is a great safety upgrade. The stock push rods are not compatible with the newer, dual circuit m/c's. These have been created to use with the upgraded m/c.

This kit is used to push the stock hub out far enough(approx. 1/8") so that a modified '96 Altima rotor can be mounted to the stock hub. The rotor needs to have the center hole opened up to fit the backside of the hub(approx. 3"). The rotors and machine work can be obtained elsewhere(locally) for US orders. They MUST be obtained locally for overseas orders. A stainless steel caliper spacer is used to mount/center Volvo calipers. This kit only fits the Roadsters already equipped with stock front disc brakes.
The feedback from customer is that the stock, dual reservoir master cylinder works well with this upgrade.

1200 Disc Upgrade Kit

Allows the mounting of the rear rotor(non vented) from an '84 Nissan 200sx and the front caliper from a 1984 NISSAN PULSAR NX 1.6L. The non-vented rotor was specifically used to keep the weight down.
